Our mission statement is to:
The Faith Formation Ministry will serve Cross and Crown by developing opportunities for all members of the congregation and others to grow in faith through learning and study. This ministry is responsible for the planning, operation, and evaluation of the educational programs of this congregation. This ministry will provide opportunities for the youth of this congregation to share in activities that foster community through fellowship, worship, learning, and service.
How do we accomplish this mission? The educational programs and activities our ministry is responsible for coordinating and developing include:
Adult Sunday school
Youth Sunday school which is divided into 3 age categories:
Elementary - Grades K-5th. This age group will follow a rotation model for the 2008-09 year with lessons centered on David & Goliath, The Prodigal Son, Nicodemus, Zacchaeus, Jesus? Temptations, John the Baptist, and The Last Supper
Middle School (Grades 6-8)
Senior High (Grades 9-12)
