The Outreach Ministry has two committees:

1. The Communication Committee meets as needed, in the church parlor either after Wednesday Night Happenings or between Sunday worship services.
   It is open to all Cross and Crown members.
   Keith McCarthy is the contact person.
   
   The committee works to develop and support communication internally among the congregation and externally with the community. This is done through:
   • Newsletter
   • Media advertisements (seasonal and special events)
   • Cross & Crown website
   • Other communication tools
   
    
2. The Connections Committee meets the 4th Tuesday of the month in the parlor.
   It is open to all Cross and Crown members.
   Cathy Kozlinski is the contact person.
   
   This committee is new to Cross and Crown, but already warmly welcoming newcomers each Sunday and following up to help the newcomers get to know Cross and Crown. Also, it is currently working on:
   • Welcome Pamphlets for visitors
   • Communication/Connections bulletin board kiosk for all church groups to use
   • Improved name tag
   • Support for the visitor callers
   • Improved pew attendance books
