Rooted in Jesus. Growing in Faith.
Rooted Sunday is an exciting monthly faith formation experience where children and youth in grades K–12 grow in faith, build friendships, and discover how to live out their love for Jesus! This special three-hour gathering brings generations together as church members share their unique gifts and talents through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
We begin together with a delicious lunch provided by the church, then separate into age-based groups for a morning of learning, growing, and fun!
- Children (Grades K–5): Explore Bible stories and faith through interactive lessons, art, Bible study, and meaningful discussion.
- Confirmation (Middle School): Grow in understanding of the Christian faith through a three-year program exploring the Lutheran Catechism and what it means to live as a follower of Jesus.
- Youth Group (High School): Connect with our Youth Mentor and adult volunteers for Bible study, fun activities, fellowship, and conversations about faith and life.
One church family. One shared mission. Each month, all three groups join together in a special project led by a member of our congregation, creating opportunities to learn from one another, share our gifts, and put faith into action.
At Rooted Sunday, faith takes root, friendships flourish, and every generation has a place to grow in Christ!
